[News] Evolution of our InUse customer support platform since April 1, 2026
As part of our ongoing effort to improve the quality of our customer service, MG Tech implemented a new ticket management platform on April 1, 2026, replacing the IN USE platform.
Why this change?
Since April, all customer service operations have been managed within our CRM. The aim of this change is to:
- speed up the processing of customer requests,
- improve the tracking and traceability of interactions—from machine orders to after-sales operations,
- provide a smoother, more efficient experience.
What are the changes, and what do they mean for users?
Creating a ticket/submitting a new request
The "In Use" platform is no longer accessible. All new requests (incident tickets, machine code requests, etc.) must be submitted via the form available on the website under the "Contact" tab (https://www.mgtech-group.com/fr/contact#clients) or by email to support@mgtech-group.com.
Ticket history
Access to ticket history will no longer be available on the new platform.
All tickets created prior to the change have been automatically migrated to the new platform to ensure continued processing of requests.
Document area
The machine-specific document area will be temporarily unavailable. Consequently, any requested documents must be obtained by submitting a new request to the Customer Service team.
Other requests
Your usual points of contact remain unchanged. For all other Customer Service-related requests (spare parts quotes, maintenance contracts, training, safety plans, service scheduling, etc.), our Customer Service team remains available via email at service.client@mgtech-group.com or by phone at 02-99-49-77-10.
